Reservations, Payment & cancellation Info

All trips aboard motorcoach are to be paid in advance. 

ALL payments and deposits are NONREFUNDABLE!

RESERVATIONS: 

Please call to reserve any of our trips, this ensures your booking has been made. (989)750-8367 

At reservations, we require name, address and phone number of each traveler and for casino trips we also need birthdates. If you get our answering machine, we may be on the other line or out of the office so please leave us a message and we will call you back as soon as we are available.

Day Trips – Payment due at reservation(nonrefundable) 

Overnight Trips - $50 deposit due at reservation, full payment due 4 weeks prior to trip

Sporting Events - Payment due at reservation(nonrefundable)

Scenic Trips - See each individual trip for payment details

Spots can not be guaranteed without a deposit or payment. We commit months in advance at securing rooms, tickets, meals, etc. and these all need to be paid for well in advance by PHT. 

Reserved Seating - Guests may purchase reserved seating for $5 per person/per day. There is no fee for generalized seating requests (middle, rear portion or seating next to others in your party) 

After booking if you're planning to send payment, please follow these easy steps! 

• Write the date of trip in the memo portion 
• Include any information not given at the time of reservation(Name, address, phone numbers, DOB, email)
• Send payment(NOTE: payments/deposits need to be received within 10 days of reservation or reservation will become invalid)

Cancellations:

Due to the nature of the work required in planning trips, securing casino packages and beginning your reservation. In the event that you(traveler) has to cancel, you will have the opportunity to fill your spot or forfeit your payment. PHT will do our best to help you fill your spot but it is not PHT's responsibility to find a replacement for your cancellation. 

Trip Protection:

At this time, PHT does not offer trip protection. If interested in purchasing trip protection, we recommend contacting your insurance provider or on-line options such as insuremytrip.com or travelguard.com
